Custom Builds

THORparts specializes in fitting Dana 44 and GM Corporate 10-bolt axles under the H3/H3T.  We can perform solid axle swaps and spring-over-axle mods.  We follow a multi step process to ensure a perfect build:

• Front end of the frame is completly stripped of all  factrory IFS system.
• Frame is prepped and plated to support the new solid axle bracketry.
• New 3-link suspension bracketry is welded on.
• Stock rack & pinion is replaced with a traditional crossover steering system.
• Rear spring over axle mod is done to raise the rear to match the front.
• Extensive road testing is performed to ensure any kinks are worked out.

THORparts offers the ability to bring your H3/H3T in and have us do all the work.  We will work with you to have everything from a mild budget build to a wild build, and everything inbetween.
